Distressed wives are taking legal action against 3rd Parties for their divorce proceedings against their spouse. This is an additional legal action whereby the wife can claim for damages against the 3rd party if the wife can prove to the court that the 3rd Party partly or solely contributed to the breakdown of the marriages. The court are looking into this award more liberally than before.
