In consideration of you granting a loan of RM to the Borrower at my request, I (NRIC ) of hereby irrevocably undertake to procure the Borrower to perform its obligation stated in the Loan Agreement and in the event of the Borrower failing to perform its obligation therein, I hereby irrevocably undertake to perform and assume all the obligations of the Borrower as stated in the Loan Agreement and to be bound by the terms thereof in every way and in all respects as if I am a party to the said Loan Agreement in lieu of the Borrower.
