TRUST DEED – PROPERTY
A TRUST DEED executed by ….. (NRIC No. …..) of ……… (hereinafter called “the Trustee”)
WHEREAS, I DO HEREBY DECLARE THAT I am the registered owner of the property held under ……… together with a double store bungalow house and bearing a correspondence address at …. measuring approximately……… square metres (hereinafter referred to as “the Trust Property”).
NOW WE DO HEREBY DECLARE AS FOLLOWS:
1) I HEREBY DECLARE THAT I HOLD all the share in the Trust Property and right entitlement and interest therein jointly IN TRUST absolutely for and on behalf of …. (NRIC No. ………) (hereinafter called “the Beneficiary”).
2) I hereby irrevocably agree and undertake to assign or transfer the Trust Property to the Beneficiary and /or her nominee or nominees as and when instructed or directed by the Beneficiary.
3) I hereby further declare that I shall not deal in any whatsoever with the said Trust Property except as directed in writing by the Beneficiary.
4) This Deed shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and legal representatives and the heirs executors, assigns and of the said Beneficiary.
