1. Recital 3
Please re-confirm that the construction stage is until 2(h) and the information stated in correct.
2. Clause 1(b)
This above-mentioned clause had been deleted. And an additional clause for the Vendor to “top-up” the difference have been added under Clause 10(b)(iii) and Clause 10(b)(iv) respectively.
3. Clause 7(d)
The necessary documents included The Deed of Receipt and Reassignment made between the Assignor and Assignee and a copy of the sinking fund receipt.
3. Clause 13
We agree that there should be no refund of sinking fund deposit and have been amended accordingly.
4. Schedule 1, Item 9(a)(i) & 9(a)(ii)
The above-mentioned clauses have been amended and deleted accordingly and stated as Item 9(i) & 9(ii) respectively.

We would like to insert the word ‘without interest’ after the word ‘…completion date shall extended accordingly…’
