I, ______________(NRIC No.__________) of ______________  formerly a partner of M/s _____________  (‘the firm’) hereby acknowledge receipt from M/s ______ , _______ and ______, the continuing partners in the firm the sum of RM _________ being the full and final payment  of the amount due as set out in the attached schedule for the purchase by them of my entire share in the partnership business and goodwill thereof in the firm pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement dated ______ and I declare that I shall have no further or other claim whatsoever and howsoever against the firm and the partners thereof.

            In consideration of the aforesaid matters, the remaining partners declare that they have no further claim or claims whatsoever present or future against __________ arising out of or in connection with the firm, provided always that in the event of any legitimate claims by any third parties in respect of any suits for professional negligence or any other just cause action against the firm, then the provision of the Partnership Act 1971 shall apply.
