We refer to the above-said matter.
We are sincerely interested to begin working relationship with your company and enclosed herewith our company profile for your perusal.
Our firm specializes principally in the following legal work:
(a) Arbitration in Construction Disputes and/or Drafting of Joint Venture agreements;
(b) Employment Law and Industrial Relations Matters;
(c) Drafting of Commercial Contracts and all types of Agreements ranging from Franchise Distribution Agreement and/or Sales Contracts to Shareholders Agreement;
(d) Family Law;
(e) Conveyancing involving Sale & Purchase Agreement on Land and Property;
(f) Law of Immigration & Intellectual Property Laws.
(g) Civil Litigation in particular Banking Litigation work on foreclosure matters, hire purchase Litigation and all types of debt recovery action; and
(h) Liquidated damages claim for Developers in Housing Development Dispute.
Additional services provided by our firm are:-
(a) For property development project whereby strata titles had been issued, assists Developer to execute the transfer speedily, smoothly and mailing of notices to individual letter boxes, at our own expense to ensure strata titles have been collected by all purchasers;
(b) For property development project whereby strata title had been issued, facilitate all matters in Land Office and forming of Management Corporation; and
(c) For under construction development projects, assists Developer in the issuance of Letter undertaking; Letter of confirmation and other correspondences related to disclaimer issues (including all necessary verification) for purpose of providing a better service to the clients namely developers (including progressive release correspondence).
Meanwhile, we are able to assist our clients in attending and initiate (inclusive planning) all property launches.
In addition, we would like to add that we are currently on the panel with the developers in all areas of legal work primarily conveyancing in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor region namely:

• Taman DEF;
• GHI Development Board;
• Casa JKL; and
• Projects by MNO Development Sdn Bhd
Our firm is currently on some Bank’s panel of solicitors as well as developers mentioned in the Company Profile. In addition, our firm has an insurance coverage of RM 8.88 million to cater for corporate loans and company loans. We are currently handling litigation work for XYZ Bank Berhad in foreclosure and hire purchase default proceedings.
