DEED OF GIFT
THIS DEED OF GIFT made on this day 20
Between xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (hereinafter referred to as “the Donors”) of the one part and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (hereinafter referred to as “the Donee”) of the other part.
WHEREAS
- The Donors are the registered owner of all that parcel known as xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (hereinafter referred to as “the said Property”).
- The Donors are desirous of conveying their entire share in the said Property to the Donee absolutely by way of gift.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:-
- In consideration of their natural love and affection for the Donee, the Donor hereby conveys unto the Donee all their shares in the said Property together with all fixtures chattels and effects which are housed therein for her use and benefits absolutely by way of gift.
- That upon execution of this Deed of Gift, the Donors hereby nominate the Donee as Transferee in the Transfer Form 14A and Messrs. xxxxxxxxxxx , Advocates & Solicitors of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is hereby authorised to submit for adjudication and present the same for registration at the appropriate authority.
- That all solicitors’ cost including legal fees, stamp duty, registration fees and other incidental for the preparation of this Deed of Gift and the transfer of the said Property shall be borne by the Donee.
- This Deed shall bind the personal representatives heirs successors-in-title and assigns of the Donor and Donee respectively.
