We refer to the above matter and your letter of offer dated 28/8/2028.
Please be informed that we have conducted a business search on M/s. 123 Enterprise (“the said Company”) at Companies Commission of Malaysia and the said searches reveals that Abdul Rahid Bin Abdul Nazar and Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Nazar are the proprietors of the said Company.
In view of the above, we are of the opinion that the name of Abdul Rahid Bin Abdul Nazar should be replaced with Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Nazar as stated in Page 1 of your Letter of Offer dated 28/8/2028 and the security documents shall be amended to the Third Party Deed of Assignment instead of First Party Deed of Assignment.
In the alternative, we are of the opinion that you can choose to maintain the name Abdul Rahid Bin Abdul Nazar and Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Nazar as borrowers of the facility and delete the word ‘123 Enterprise’ in the said Letter of Offer.
We shall be obliged if you could kindly let us have a supplemental Letter of Offer to the amended clause.
