WILL AND TESTAMENT

8. It is my express wish that in the event that any of the beneficiaries named or unnamed in this my Will, who is or may be entitled to any part of my estate, shall contest his/or her entitlement under this Will the beneficiary shall have his/her respective share forfeited to the residual estate.
9. The estate that I have left behind for you is the result of many years of blood, sweat and tears. It is very important that you will be very prudent in spending them.
10. The Trustee shall pay all my funeral expenses from my estate and shall not burden anyone else.
11. Finally I wish all of you a very successful and happy future. Take care of yourselves and your family. Love and care always.
12. All numeric dates appearing in this Will conform to the British date format (date/month/year).
